The Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC)was officially opened by Their Majesties King Bhumibol Adulyadej and Queen Sirikit in August 1991 in honor of Her Majesty’s 60th birthday the following year. A highly sophisticated multi-purpose facility and world-class meeting venue, the QSNCC is a triumph of modern Thai architecture, having been specifically designed to meet the almost limitless demands of today’s international conference planners and exhibition organizers.

CONFERENCE SERVICE FACILITIES
QSNCC is equipped with the finest "tried and tested" technology and systems available in the world designed to meet the needs of large scale meetings held in a multipurpose facility such as the Center.

GENERAL SERVICES
The QSNCC provides full transportation in the entrance areas of Zone A, plus exchange and banking services, ATM, a post office, wireless internet, business center, a convenient store and other supporting amenities.

RESTAURANT
Within the Center, F&B International Co.,Ltd manages two fast food areas, a full service restaurant and catering facilities that serve over 5,000 persons.

Fast Food
A fast-food service is available in zone D Ground and Atrium area of the Convention Center. Retro Live Cafe is the modern setting restaurant in red bright color with a glimpse of retro, operated by F&B International Co., Ltd. Flash back to mega hits of the 80's and 90's, both Thai and International music, and see latest music video as well as golden oldies. Chill out with the live acoustic tunes and feel the beat of all your favorite hits from the house band.

Retro Live Café
The restaurant consists of two parts. The inside is divided into zones where you can enjoy selections of live music. The restaurant has a capacity of 1,000 persons in a 1,380 square meters area with state-of-the-art light and sound system well equipped for every special occasion. Customers can also choose to enjoy the relaxing ambience near the lakeside and the beautiful garden view on our terrace at QSNCC in the heart of the city.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES
The QSNCC provides a full range of telecommunications equipment, including voice and data lines, telex and teleconferencing facilities and Wi-Fi or Wireless Fidelity. With its own telephone exchange with 1,500 permanent direct dial international lines, The QSNCC can handle an additional 1,000 lines for events as large as the World Bank / IMF Annual Meetings.

PARKING FACILITIES
There is on-site parking capacity at the QSNCC for 700 cars and 30 buses, with overflow arrangements available for over 1,500 vehicles in the adjoining Thailand Tobacco Monopoly compound.

SECURITY SYSTEM
In addition to comprehensive fire detection and fighting systems, delegate security is assured by a highly trained corps of permanent security personnel. For international events,the Center also provide the manning X-ray equipment and metal detectors at all key entry points. The Center is equipped with automatically sequenced television cameras which facilitate continuous monitoring of all public and function areas from a central control room.
